For the past week, I have had this pain in my foot a shooting pain in my heel that was really strange. I was fearing some of my old symptoms were returning. I can’t really feel the bottoms of most of my feet just a tingly sensation in some toes.

As it turned out there was a roofing nail embedded in my right shoe on the bottom, extending to the heal where the pain was coming from.
